Symbio is currently managing an unexpected incident affecting inbound and outbound calling involving Telstra and TPG across VIC, SA and WA.The issue was detected at approximately 16:00 AEDT, with symptoms easing from 16:43 AEDT. Call performance is currently stabilising while we continue investigations.
