Symbio Network Outage – Calling Issues via Telstra & TPG (VIC/SA/WA) -

Summary
Symbio is currently managing an unexpected incident affecting inbound and outbound calling involving Telstra and TPG across VIC, SA and WA.The issue was detected at approximately 16:00 AEDT, with symptoms easing from 16:43 AEDT. Call performance is currently stabilising while we continue investigations.

Description: Customers may have experienced intermittent difficulty placing or receiving calls to/from Telstra and TPG services.
‍Impacted services: Voice -  inbound and outbound calling.
‍Geography: VIC, SA and WA.
‍Time detected: ~16:00 AEDT, 11 December 2025.
‍Current status: The issue has restored and services are stabilising since 16:43 AEDT. Monitoring continues.
