Introduction

This guide explains how to manage and finalise the numbers included in your Port Intent.

The Portability Check organises the uploaded numbers into the following categories

  • Portable Numbers: The numbers are eligible for porting and can be included in the port.
  • Unable to Port Numbers: These numbers cannot be ported and will be excluded.
The numbers will show the losing and donor carriers. Each Losing Carrier will initiate a separate batch within the port intent.

At this stage, you can:
  • Add or remove numbers from the intent.
  • Download Document containing a breakdown of the Portability Results.

How-To Guide

Option 1: Add number

  • Select Add Numbers.
  • Input the single number, or the start number in the range followed by the end number. Select Add.
  • Review the list of added numbers and select Add Numbers.

Option 2: Delete number

  • Select Delete Numbers.
  • Input the single number, or the start number in the range followed by the end number. Click Add.
  • Review the list of deleted numbers and click Delete Numbers.
