Recently, our Singapore team worked with global VoIP and Virtual Number provider, DID Logic, helping them enter this exciting growth market.

Selecting a carrier partner for global scale

Navigating the Singapore telecoms market

Symbio is a licensed carrier in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Symbio provides carrier network connectivity to enable calling and messaging in each country, and worldwide.

A unique part of the Symbio service is that international customers can access in-country teams to help them navigate these unfamiliar markets. This is especially useful for managing large-scale migration of phone numbers, or testing complex routing scenarios.

Working with Symbio, and using the Symbio network for domestic call termination, DID Logic were able to deliver the high quality, compliant calling experience that their customers demand.
