Industry-leading communications software and cloud infrastructure provider MNF Group (ASX: MNF) today announced the appointment of Cathy Doyle to the newly created role of Chief People Experience Officer.
The appointment of a Chief People Experience Officer elevates MNF Group’s commitment to its people to the executive level. The new role sets a strategic direction for enhancing employee success and experience which will be critical as the business enters an exciting new phase of growth.
Doyle is a passionate leader with proven experience driving successful cultural and business transformation. As Chief People Experience Officer, Doyle will be responsible for leading MNF Group’s people function with a particular focus on enabling the company’s regional expansion. This role will include the design and implementation of a new people strategy focused on professional development, culture and diversity and inclusion initiatives to further optimise employee success.
Doyle brings more than two decades of expertise in human resources, talent management and executive leadership across the private and not-for-profit sectors, with comprehensive multi-sector experience including financial services, food, and aviation. Doyle has held executive positions at McDonalds Australia, BNB Paribas, Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Rabobank Australia and New Zealand, and Qantas. She has also held several non-executive Board roles for private and not-for- profit organisations, including Chair and board member of Odyssey House NSW.

An advocate for education and professional development, Doyle has also played an active role as a mentor and leader within the Australian business community. She is a founding board member and Membership Director of the International Women’s Forum Australia, a global organisation supporting female leadership through mentoring, training and professional development.

Doyle is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and the Australian Institute of Superannuation Trustees (AIST). She holds an MBA, a Bachelor of Social Science, Sociology and Anthropology, Graduate Diploma qualifications in Psychology and Vocational Education & Training, and a Certificate in Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
