Symbio’s Connect Portal now provides access to Singapore Series 3 and Series 6 numbers.

This automated capability eliminates the risk of manual errors and saves valuable time. Through our Connect Portal, number provisioning moves from days to minutes.

It’s as easy as logging into your account and selecting a single, or block of numbers and once leased they are automatically added to your Account and provisioned to your SIP Trunk.

Leased numbers are automatically added to the Subscriber Register, required of all Singapore communication service providers (CSP’s), assisting you in fulfilling your compliance obligations.

Additionally, the Connect Portal provides a consistent customer experience, with the same workflow used in providing access to Australian and New Zealand numbers and all data is handled securely and in compliance with Singapore Cyber Security Action.

These new features are yet another industry first as we continue to invest in our Singapore network and its capabilities, with API number ordering coming at the end of March.

Want to learn more about the Connect Portal?

Launched in June 2023, it’s Symbio’s proprietary self-service platform for comprehensive and streamlined number management

Key features include being able to:

Browse numbers: Choose from Geographic numbers across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore regions. Lease numbers in 1s, 10s or 100s and provision them directly to your chosen trunk.

Reserve numbers: Once you have selected your chosen numbers, you can reserve them for 24 hours (up to 48 hours) for end-user confirmation.

Check number portability (Australia Only): The Portability Check feature allows you to quickly check the Ported Local Number Registry (PLNR). This provides valuable information on the current carrier, donor carriers, and the portability status of each number, helping you identify multi-carrier ports.

Manage users: Create and modify user accounts directly within the Portal.

Looking to port your existing numbers? Series 6 numbers can be ported as both single number Direct Exchange Line (DEL) ports and multiple number Direct Inward Dialling (DID) ports to Symbio. Symbio will work with you and the Losing Carrier to streamline and guide you through the process and support you in managing any queries with the support of our in-region porting team.
