This update unlocks the ability to search, reserve, and lease numbers within these countries, making it easier for global and APAC-based service providers to:

- Offer Toll Free and Geographic numbers in-region for customer support

Number Reservation: Greater Flexibility, Less Pressure
We’ve introduced temporary number reservations, allowing you to hold a number for up to 24 hours before committing to a lease. This capability is available via both the APIs and Portal.
This new feature is ideal for teams that:
- Need internal (or customer) approvals before finalising a number order
- Are coordinating number assignment across departments or systems
- Want to ensure availability while final setup steps are completed
It’s a simple but powerful way to reduce pressure during high-volume changes or new customer onboarding. No more racing to lock in a number. Now you have time to plan and execute with confidence.
Suburb-Based Number Search: Precision Where It Matters
We’ve added a new Suburb and Postal Code Search capability, allowing customers to browse our inventory of available numbers by specific geographic locations within a Numbering Area.
This is especially useful for service providers who serve:
- Local businesses (who want a specific local-area number)
- Support or sales teams who want Local Presence Dialling
- Service providers aligning with local presence regulations
Just input a suburb name or postal code, and you’ll see available numbers that match your chosen location. It’s all about making it easier to find the right number for the right context.
Bulk Number Leasing: Scale Without the Hassle
Managing large volumes of numbers just got easier. With our new Bulk Leasing API enhancement, you can now lease multiple numbers in a single API call.
